Refunds Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

 

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at info@mores-studio.com as long as it has not been shipped.

 

Return and Refunds

Returns and Refunds of products due to any reasons beside quality issues are not accepted.

2.1 RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY CONDITIONS
If the item you have received is defective, please notify Mores Studio promptly and return the item in accordance with the conditions below:
- Shipping label on the package is readable
- To obtain a refund, the item must be returned to us, unwashed, un-alternated, unworn(no other than trial), and in its original packaging, with all accessories.
- Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund.


2.2. REFUND REFUSAL
Despite that Mores Studio always wants to bring the best value to the customer, we cannot accept return/refund in the following situations:
- We sent you the correct item with the correct size and correct variant.
- You decline to follow our return instruction and do not provide us the adequate requested information
- The item is the free gift included


2.3 RETURN/ REFUND INSTRUCTION
- As receiving the item, you can send us a return/refund request to our customer support email info@mores-studio.com
- The email should include the shipping label, photos or video of the proof of the wrong/defective/damaged item.
Please note that we are not responsible for a refund for any case of return without our acknowledgment and authorization.


2.4 REFUND METHOD( IF APPLICABLE)
We will refund any money received from you using the same method used to make the payment if the card is available.
The refund process may take 5-7 days. If you do not receive the refund after 5-7 days, please contact us via info@mores-studio.com to have quick help.

Due to transportation problems, If you think the return is too troublesome,the goods are damaged when the goods are received, we can bear part of the loss and refund part of the amount.
